For our Teaparty this week, we are sending cards based on idioms to each other. I decided to "Soup Up" this fun Spellbinders die cut car, using elements from a classic Campbell's Soup can. I even printed and fussy cut the medallion they used and tucked it into the trunk rack. I used this technique to create the checkerboard flooring, which I thought also doubles as a race flag: Checkerboard Flooring Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers
I added a piece of acetate for the windshield and some die cut clouds. Hope the recipient enjoys getting this as much as I did making it!

Very cool card! And a very clever interpretation of the challenge! I love all the little details, like the acetate window and the Campbell's soup medallion. Thanks for sharing!

So fun! Great car and floor and I love you used part of soup label too. Whoever gets it will love it for sure. Hugz
