This is my card for CC989. Barbara is our hostess and she chose shaded spruce, lemon-lime twist, pale papaya and berry burst for her color combo. Dessert option this week is designer paper. I took some liberty with the dessert option. I used designer paper from the Stampin' Up "fresh as a daisy collection" for my clouds.
My bunny car is cut in the challenge colors plus some neutrals. For the car body I used designer paper from the "pretty prints" collection- it's a lighter shaded spruce color.
For the carrot I cut from pale papaya cardstock and then used the same color of ink to get a deeper shade.
I added the Easter Wishes sentiment in the clouds and stamped another sentiment on the card front.
Hope you can play along with us this week, there are lots of options to get creative with this color palette.

Oh, Mary, I am in love with this card! This scene of the bunny driving the card with the huge carrot on top is beyond adorable! Dessert? You get two servings, one for the clouds and another for the car body!

Mary you have the most amazing collection of dies! You put them to good use today in fashioning the Easter bunny headed out with a car full of eggs for Easter baskets. The carrot on top is the perfect touch for this whimsical design.

Oh, this is adorable! Love the bunny in his car with the flower hubcaps. The giant carrot on top is terrific. The road is so cute, too. Great details. Fun card!
