It's my pleasure to be your hostess for the Color Challenge this week. I have chosen Shaded Spruce, Berry Burst, Pale Papaya, and Lemon Lime Twist for the color palette this week. The dessert option is Designer Series paper, aka patterned paper or printed paper.
I received this pretty DS paper in a kit a long time ago, and have been itching to use it. I will admit that I chose this week's colors to match this paper! As I was preparing this writeup, I realized that I used no stamps and no ink on this card; it's just die-cut paper!
Most of the card is self-explanatory, but I want to mention the frame. You probably can't tell from the photo, but the frame is 4 strips of Shaded Spruce cardstock that I cut with a new-to-me die from Taylored Expressions. The die cuts eight 1/4" wide strips in 4 different embossed patterns. I cut it twice and used the flower pattern in a kind of log cabin layout at the edges of the card.
I adhered all on a white card base and added a few sequins for some sparkle.
These colors are so bright and cheerful, I hope you'll give them a try and post your creation in the gallery for us all to enjoy!

Beautiful piece of dp, Barbara. I was actually wondering if you found these colors on a dp piece, and sure enough you did! Pretty die-cut blooms and sentiment font to match the dp. A terrific looking creation, even without any stamping~
