I love the monochromatic Blueberry Bushel path that Karen decided to lead us down this week. Since dessert is anything goes it wouldn't need to be monochromatic but dark blue with white is one of my all time favorite themes. I'm going to say my anything goes is twine.
This is pretty straightforward though I will note that I took a blending brush to the gingham to cut back on the white/blue contrast since I think it is better suited to the remembrance/sympathy theme.
Get out your favorite images and have some fun with this!

How beautiful, Chris! I love the image, but I think I love the sentiment even more. Beautiful layout with the strips of plaid down the sides. Love the blue and white!

Wonderful sympathy card Chris. I like the image you used and how well it goes with the plaid. Great idea to blend blue on the white of the plaid to give a more subtle pattern.

I too have a love of blue and white together. This challenge is going to be fun to look at! Your sympathy card is gorgeous. That image is evocative of a lot of memories for me. I love how you toned down the gingham edges. Good call. What a super card!
