I thought of an old TLC, which Anita called a bridge slider but which I had previously found online as a theater card: TLC805 ~ Bridge Slider ~ 07/27/2020 by snietje at Splitcoaststampers
It took me some time as I winged the measurements to make it big enough to create a stage for my singing hens. I used a metallic red cardstock to suggest curtains, and added a strip of scored faux wood across the bottom. Matt gold card to frame the aperture, and curtain tassels to pull the curtains open. I ended up adding a printed sentiment across the bottom as it didn't look good on the curtains.

Awesome! I love your fun fold and what makes it so entertaining is the surprise smile when you open the curtains and see those hens. What a hoot! What a fabulous card for Maggie and I'm sure she will laugh every time she opens the curtains. Fantastic card.

This is a fabulous stage, Sabrina, I love your singing chickens, I hope they’re in tune!! The gold elements on this card add such elegance, beautifully done!
