For my card I used two pieces for my inspiration & an idea from a third. For my first inspiration, I chose this for my embossed bg panel & this page, the Red Flower, 3rd row, (the enlarged view is not inspiring IMO). I was also inspired by the several State Flower pieces they featured, but not Ohio's, which is the Scarlet Carnation. I used a stamp/die set from Cottage Cutz & colored with StampinBlends. I die cut the flower & butterfly & also die cut from foam. I used an unknown die for the sentiment & also popped that up on foam dots. I don't know what the celebration is either, probably will be a birthday card in the future. I dry embossed the Wasabi panel with a Darice ef that I've had for quite some time - first time used!
Thanks for stopping by.

What a great embossed background, Karen. Your flowers are beautiful too. Hugz

I have that EF and never think to use it but it sure looks fab with your pretty carnations. Lovely organic feel to this card with the florals and wasabi bg.
