Ooh, I love this, Stacy. The chipboard window frame is just perfect and I love the worn look of it. It is better to inside looking out on a day like you created with the blustery winds and snow falling. Yes, the bigger snowflakes the artist showed did look like the bokeh technque. Super job on the watercolor challenge.
