This is what inspired me: https://doodleandstitch.com/food/sho...ies?rq=flowers
My daughter and I made similar cookies at Christmas time but instead of edible flowers, we stuck fresh rosemary sprigs into the icing; they looked like evergreen needles. Added a cinnamon redhot, looked like a wreath.
I had painted the little watercolor panel a while back as an experiment. The experiment is that first you put small drops of water on the paper with a round brush, then with a tiny brush, add color to the drop. Then spread the water around to make flower petals. I added some leaves with a Micron pen, using a tangle called flux. I edged the panel with amethyst ep and added a few LP. I stapled the vellum on the card stock with purple staples. I have had this vellum since the stone age. Still love it. Thanks for the challenge, Julie!

This is BEAUTIFUL! I will have to try this flower technique. The vellum is perfect for the bg. This is just so pretty. This is my favorite of the gallery.

Lovely card, Jean. I loved reading how you were inspired and how you created it. Felt like I was listening to you talk. I still love velum and staples too. Great inspiration card. Hugz
