I have Lily Of the Valley, but I also have
Linen stamp
Oval card base
Verdigris embossing powder
Embossing folder
I cut my base and an extra layer from white card, and used the faux patina tutorial for the card front layer. To get my V in I used some verdigris embossing powder as well as gold.
Image stamped onto card, coloured with Polychromos pencils and masked. I stamped Linen for the background in Tea Dye and sponged with Antique Linen. Edged the image panel with a gold pen and the background one with Copper pearl. Finished the card off with a few sequins.
Lilies if the Valley always remind me of my mother, with her French roots.

That faux patina is so pretty as a frame to your lovely lily of the valley. They are probably my favorite flower and remind me of my youth. Beautiful card and you found a clever way too work in the V ....well done.

As a May baby, Lily of the Valley is close to my heart. The verdigris is gorgeous, love the linen bg, and your beautiful coloring, mf!
