My congratulations to the featured stamper this week, Sherri (aka Oscar T. Grouch) - keyword FS884. She is an excellent scrapbooker and I have been enjoying her pages for quite a while.
I chose Pollinators by Oscar T. Grouch at Splitcoaststampers to case for the Challenge first because it is fabulous but also to use again some new-ish purchases. The subject of the inspiration page is something I take very seriously. At one point I considered using LIFE as the front sentiment, but since I try to stay hopeful for the future I changed it.
I used the Hexagon Hive die as a stencil and spritzed color onto the background. The large hex shapes were punched first then stamped. The squares were textured and the flower centers stamped before reassembly.
The bees were found already stamped in the case, so I just had to die cut and adhere them. Added a bow and the sentiment.

I really like how you took inspiration from Sherri's page, Gayle. The sentiment is so encouraging the bees are perfect. Great card to send to someone struggling. Hugz

The original is still one of my favourites and therefore seeing it in a CASE makes me very happy. The bees are so important to our life. Beautiful card.
