For this week's Teaparty, New Year's Round Up! Polly's oh-so-fun challenge is to feature something round on our cards, and to send them to the Teapotter's Choice!
I am in need of LOTS of birthday cards this month, so this card will be perfect for one of my "church ladies", who was a faithful friend to my Mom, keeping in touch by sending her cards and visiting her in the nursing home whenever she could.
I love making backgrounds with the wax paper resist technique, at least until I get tired of ironing, lol! TFL!

Fabulous! I love the various shades of pinks in all the different shapes and patterns. What a great layout and so versatile. I'm faving this one for future reference. Your friend will surely adore this. It's beautiful.

I am with the other commenters-thanks for bringing this technique to the spotlight. Lovely in the pink tones and love your trio of circles for a birthday card for your Mom's faithful friend! Oh, and lol, about the ironing, lol.
