For this week's Inspiration challenge, I was inspired by this California Poppies Sweatshirt. I loved the poppies against the black background and the bold sentiment above and below the image. I stamped my image twice and then stamped the cracked background over the image. Colored both images and a background on one, which I then used the deckled rectangles to die cut. I fussy cut the blooms and popped them up on the colored background image after splattering it with white paint. Used a gel pen to doodle a border around the deckled edges. Adhered it to the embossed background and added some blind and the sentiment.

Love the sentiment with those colors and the poppies are gorgeous against that black background.. That is some really good doodling for framing along with the deckled edge. Beautiful card! You really captured your inspiration.
