Here's a one layer tag with watercolored Poinsettias and background. You can use the techniques for any type of flower stamp. I went with pink and red shades combined with a neutral background, bits of gold embossing and script stamping.
Stamp the flowers on a watercolor tag. Watercolor the flowers in a loose style, starting with the lighter shades. For the background, I tested different colors on a scrap paper first and the one I liked the most was a combination of a greyish blue and light brown/beige. Add shadows to the flowers.
Let dry and then stamp sentiments. I also stamped and gold embossed a swirl. Stamp a script stamp with Morning ink.
Dye the ribbon with Pawsitively Saturated Ink and Distress Ink. Tie to the tag.
Thank you so much for looking!
Happy stamping!
