For a technique, the paper I stamped the feathers on is some sort of something on glossy photo paper. As it came from my stash I can't actually remember what it was. It looks like Brushos, but maybe not. I stamped the feathers, die-cut them and popped them up on foam tape on the embossed panel. Added the sentiments and some sequins, and doodled the border.

I love your corners, and your feathers are outstanding!! So are the sentiments.

I like your feathers 2 ways to really enforce the theme. And what a perfect sentiment to start the new year right - It's exactly how I'd like to approach each day - Imagine - Dream - then fly!!

I get so frustrated when I can't figure out what technique I used to make a fabulous background that I find in my stash. Love all the feathers on your card!

Its a lovely feeling to be able to use something from that "to precious to throw out box". Your scraps made lovely feathers. I like the embossed background and will now be on the look out for that die you used to cut the embossed background - its now on my Wish List (or more like encyclopedia of must have things).
