This is the first time I have tried a twisted easel card, and it reall is quite easy. The harder part was the image panel, as I stamped each firework burst separately and also embossed each separately as they were different colours. I also heat embossed the little people in black to make them stand out more and resist the sponging, which I did in 2 colours. The sentiment was punched out and mounted on dimensionals.
As for the colours. I am not a fan of pink, and this deep shade scares me. And the soft suede depicting the ground, is, in my opinion, a very ugly colour.

I love the firecrackers and the children admiring them. You should add the ways to use it light challenge code to your keywords. It totally fits for this card.
But it all goes together so wonderfully, the colors. Beautifully done Ina! I can believe you hadn’t made a twisted easel card before this as I know you are into special folds. Great job with all the embossing. Wonderful New Years card.
