I've started to paint just as she did in the video, but I continued to add layers of paint and painted around my poinsettia, added gold acrylic paint splattered with white and stamped the sentiment, it doesn't look translucence anymore but I like it

Beautiful, Anita. I love the colors and how you painted around yours as I did. Mine wasn't translucent.

Anita, you card is lovely. You handled the complementary colors so well.....so easy to end up with "mud", any two complementary colors do the same. There is so much "life" to your painting.

Anita, there are definitely a few translucent areas, and I love the effect you’ve achieved. This is beautiful. The background really supports this lovely floral.
