Jean's write up about her experience of moving to a new place and struggling to find her way around is so relatable. I enjoyed reading it as it's something that we can all relate to.
When it comes to getting lost and needing directions, we can all relate to forgetting where we parked our cars! With a clear idea in mind, I visited Midjourney to create the image. I used Canva to create the text and even easily changed the license plate to read 'So Lost'! The capabilities nowadays are mind-boggling.
I had bought a designer paper set from Michaels that I regretted purchasing, and it had been sitting at my front door as a reminder to take it to work and give it away. However, I was inspired by Sabrina's card www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/3143559 and how she used a wide white border. So I decided to use the paper set to create my own card.
Thank you for taking the time to read this! Now, I just need to find my keys...

Oh, my goodness! What a fabulous take on the challenge, Brian! Talking of which, this was the exact scene for my hubby and I last week! You know how some stores make you go in one door but exit out the other? Well that happened to us , and there you must taken a photo of us! LOL
Love your fabulously creative card.

Fabulous take on this challenge...I love the license plate!! The map bg is perfect and I can so relate to the sentiment...I've lost my car in a few big parking lots and during the winter that's not very fun.

This is such a fun card! A great couple. I love the map bg. I din't often forget where my car is parked, but I am missing my second set of keys right now. The license plate is cool too.

What a fun card!! Was it intentional to have their clothing colors reflect the opposite sides of the map BG? Brilliant if it was, fabulous accident if it wasn't!

I had to look up midjourney. Gone are the days (I used to make digi cards back in the day of expensive dial-up internet so it was all offline) needing a library of CDs with a collection of clipart. I'm glad you kept the paper - it looks pretty useful and versatile to me.
I tend to take a photo or make a note in my phone calendar for airport parking, but I do remember the heartstopping moment one year in France when we returned from a lighthouse and couldn't see our car anywhere. We had to go back to the lighthouse and retrace our steps to find where we had missed a turn. Phew!!!

Brian your card made me laugh because that's what happened to us a while ago, we came back from a week travel and didn't note the place were we parked our car at the airport, we've been searching a long time.... I love that image and the happy colors you've used!!

I love your map paper paired with your image. The license plate is super fun and works so well with your image. Oh, how I can relate to this so much. Since I rarely drive, I have to really be mindful when I do go someplace where I park as I normally am with someone and rely on them to get us back to the car. LOL! Super fun card.

I find myself entertaining myself at long traffic lights observing that cars are only about 4 or 5 colors now days. I can count about 100 cars passing on Hwy 6 at just one stop. More than half of those are white, then gray or tan, then black, and a few red and blue mixed in. Is it any wonder that we can't identify our car in a parking lot??? I love how very creative you are in your amazing cards and how happy it makes me that you share them here on Splitcoaststampers. Thanks, Brian.
