A five minute card technique is just what I need lately. Although my card feels inadequate. I think it's the lack of coloring. You all know how hard it is for me to leave anything uncolored. On the other card that I made, I stamped and cut the frogs and colored them in. I like that one better. But the technique challenge called for me to leave my images uncolored and that's what I did here.
I've combined the TLC with this week's Tea Party for Laura in Colorado who is recovering from a fall. She loves green and Jacqueline has challenged us to use three different greens on our cards. That made it really easy to choose which inkpads I would use for my quick color block background.

I know how you feel about not colouring things in because I would be the same, but there are times when uncoloured is perfect, and this is definitely one. And when you see it on other people's cards, do you not think it looks great! Super way to incorporate plenty of green, and I'm with you on appreciating such a quick and easy technique.

A fun technique that would be suitable for so many styles of cards .... I'm thinking masculine and children's cards, too.

Very colorful and interesting pattern you’ve created with the block painting, and your uncolored frogs go nicely over it, without detracting from the background.
