Somewhere here on SCS, I got the idea to try to emboss leaves. Loved this! Who knew one could preserve a piece of nature in that way?! Unfortunately, I now need a new heat gun, as this was the last project my 20+ year old heat gun completed. Lots of dimensional adhesive was used to complete the project. I hope hubby loves it as much as I loved making it! I chose quails because he has shared fond memories of quail hunting with his dad, many, many years ago.

Such a sweet card and I love the "lovebird turkeys". I don't think I have ever seen embossed leaves but they sure are pretty.

Fantastic card! Happy Anniversary! I am slow with a greeting card so the comment might be it for this year. The embossed leaves were with TLC974 from last Monday. This fits that challenge.

Wow, I didn't ever think to emboss leaves but I totally love this. I love the birds even more. What a fabulous card! Wow.
