I kept her theme of trees, changed the orientation of the card to landscape and moved my sentiment to the middle of the card.
I started with a woodland scene clip art panel and my computer generated scripture verse and die cut the panel with two dies. I added thin matting around the two die cuts and popped up the smallest one. Using a Copic marker, I colored the clear epoxy hearts and adhered to the card front.

Oooh, this is gorgeous, Rita. Love your watercolor tree clip art in such wonderful colors. You really know how to use those dies. The epoxy hearts are the perfect addition. And of course, I could not agree more with your verse!
