This is my closest approximation of this week's color challenge, I substituted Island Indigo for the Pretty Peacock. This card is also for this week's Teapot Challenge to send some butterflies to encourage Jane. I used this week's sketch challenge as my layout.
I dry embossed the vellum background panel and also the two horizontal strips. I stamped the butterflies in the three colors and sponged the edges of that panel adding "splatter" with a stamp. I die cut the circle and stamped the sentiment and adhered everything flat to keep it mailing friendly.
Thanks for the challenges and thanks for looking!

What a terrific card for all 3 challenges, Catherine! I really love the embossed vellum, how wonderfully you have used these colours and the pretty butterflies~

Great layout
I really like the embossed strips and the arc of butterflies is beautiful. I always forget Timeless Textures has that stamp, I tend to go straight to Gorgeous Grunge.
