This is another variation on last week's watercolor challenge to create birch trees with a credit card. I created a blue sky in the background and then a green wash. I laid in leafy shapes in varying shades of green on top of the wash. I added a little deep brown splatter. The sentiment is cut twice and stacked to give it a little lift.
Thanks for looking.

Oh, such an awesome sympathy card. I love those birch trees and the added green bg and leaves. Stacking your sentiment really made it pop out. I love this.

Great job on the trees and a brilliant idea to add those flecks of green! This is so pretty and it works well for a sympathy card but would be good for other occasions.
