I made two cards to cover all of Polly's options.
The one on the left is a dictionary page sponged with inks and stencilled with Gelatos. It's edged with gold acrylic paint and random sprinklings of loose glitter while the paint was still wet. The gnome is from Stamping Bella, the sentiment is from SNSS Bookmarks Bits and Pieces, and Harrison Hedgehog is from Unity. Gnome and hedgehog coloured with pencils, white Enamel Accents on the toadstool. This went to my SIL, a reader, who thought it was one of the nicest cards I'd sent her.
The other card is two stamps from Katzelkrafts. The fox was stamped on watercolour paper and coloured with Inktense pencils. I fussy cut it and added it to a stencilled base - aged mahogany DOX, and the base sponged with the same ink to match. I added some IO hollyhocks and a sentiment from Katzel which I thought went well with the image. It's heat embossed, and in case you can't read it, it says ataraxia - a peaceful and serene state of mind, calmness, tranquility, imperturbability, equanimity.

EXTRA extra points for you for including all three of our woodland friends!! These are both so darling....being a book lover I'm drawn to the little gnome reading his book atop a 'shroom...how cute (comfortable? prob not)..The fox having his cuppa while contemplating life or whatever is such an adorable image. Thanks for such fantastic samples.

I don't know if I could choose a favorite of your two cards. The text on the background of your gnome card is a great addition to go with the sentiment and I really love the colors on that card too.
The little fox looking out the window is just super cute and creates a scene of content.

I love your pretty cards, especially the one with the fox, I've been hesitating if I would use this stamp today but wanted something with dimension, I love the sentiment on the left card with matches perfectly the fun gnome image, both are lovely Autumn cards
