I am so proud! My grandniece is graduating with a BA in Nursing in several weeks. She is specializing in pediatric nursing and already has a job lined up right after graduation. I probably don't need to tell her to "SOAR" as she is already doing that. But I think she'll enjoy the sentiment on her congrats card.
I pretty much followed the technique in the video so I won't go over that here. The bg is the first three inks listed above and the butterflies were ink blended with the Wilted Violet. I did use a dark purple Sharpie instead of the recommended black and I think that turned out great. But, I went for a glittered silver embossing powder and was really disappointed. It just looked like blobs of glitter on the card. Luckily the most egregious spots got covered with the butterflies and I was able to remove bits from the other spots to tone down the "blobs". I think just silver without the glitter would have looked better. Next time, unless I use gold of course.
I hope you are having a fabulous day and that you are soaring high whether with your crafts, other hobbies or the people in your life. Enjoy every moment. TFL

Stunning! The dimensional BG is gorgeous. The colors with the silver look excellent together. The butterflies and the awesome headline are a superb finish...
