I looked through my Christmas dies and found one I haven't used in awhile. The Simon snowflake frame is part of a larger die, but it cuts separate. I used a shimmer powder BG I'd made to cut the snowflake, placed it on the stamped and dry embossed white panel. The piece was attached to the winter wisteria card base.
