 | | Today I have two projects using the new Christmas Hymn Word Art Set from Sweet N Sassy Stamps. Both are for Christmas gifts which means I am ahead of the game already " woohoo!!
First, I have a twisted fold card - " this is one of my favorite folds. I haven't made one in a long time so I really had fun with it. It creates two pockets; one on the outside which I sealed and one on the inside which is perfect for a gift card. Get the tutorial here. I added a cute candy cane heart from Gnomie Christmas Digital on the front to pair up with my sentiment. Love it!!
By the way, this card fits perfect into an A2 envelope so no worries there!
For my second project, I made a cute tiered tray decoration for a friend. I used a piece of scrap wood that I sanded down, painted black then white, then I sanded it again to get a rustic, distressed look. The Hymn Word Art is perfect. I am not going to lie, I may need to make another one for me  |
