I love this! One of my best friends has a 4th of July birthday, and my DH's best friend (for the last 35 or 40 years) has a 4th of July birthday too!
This is just a really neat card, all in red! I've added it to my favorites.

This is a lovely card. I love the use of this set for this. The cut out flower on the top is a great touch along with the ribbon.
