This is for FS867 and Brian Perlis aka ZPAW Now is our featured artist this week. Congratulations, Brian. I enjoyed browsing through your gallery and finally settled on The Story Begins Here by ZPAW Now at Splitcoaststampers. I kept the evergreen tree theme but created a snowy tree scene. Instead of leaving my trees green I painted on white gesso and sprinkled them with crystal clear glitter. I added a falling snow background and added a wavy snow ground area. I added a Christmas sentiment to finish my card.

Beautiful snowy trees and I like the falling snow, also. The red bird really stands out and looks great.

Kittie, this is beautiful! I love the different snow textures and those trees are wonderfully done. Wish I was there - so looking foward to winter. Lovely case/card. Hugz

This is a beautiful. It captures the romantic beauty of winter so well. I love how three-dimensional this is, how it shows deep snow, and having a red cardinal pop out is a brilliant touch.

Lovely snowy trees, Kittie. I like the sky and the RED birds too.
