I kept the dots but made mine monochromatic. I also went with a die cut sentiment but changed it to a thank you card.
I used the three different sizes of polka dots in the stamp set and stamped them in the three colors of ink. I inked the edges of the rectangle with Island Indigo ink to give it the appearance of a mat layer.
I put packing tape on some Island Indigo cs and die cut the thank you. I also die cut it a couple of times out of white putting those under the vellum to give it a little lift from the background. I finished it with a scattering of sequins.
Congratulations, Annette, you have a wonderful gallery. Enjoy your week in the spotlight.
Thanks for the challenges and thanks for looking!

Catherine, this is a great case of Annette's inspiration card. I love the circle background you created and the monochromatic color combination you used. It's lovely!

Love the variety of dots and love the monochromatic colors. Adding the extra layers under the velum really looks cool -- something for me to remember for the future. Fabulous card, Catherine and thanks for the sentiment die tip!
