This was a fun card to make! I have a Halloween Doodlebug Designs paper pad and there was a page of tags, most of which I didnât really want to use because they had kind of dumb phrases on them. So I took out my one-inch square punch and punched the images from a bunch of the tags. I saved a few of the words.
I laid out the squares on a piece of yellow cardstock and glued down. I used a few of the phrases to fill in a gap between the rows. I originally wanted to stamp a sentiment there but did not have Halloween stamps that were skinny enough to fit.
I covered a blank Hallmark/Dollar Tree notecard with plaid pattern paper from the same Doodlebug pad and layered on the quilt piece with foam tape. I stamped a Happy Halloween sentiment inside.

Great idea for using those odd bits in paper collections. I never know what to do with them. I love the three phrases through the middle. You don't need a sentiment at all! Lovely Halloween card.
