Jacqueline is our TeaPot hostess and we are sending cards of encouragement to (snietje) Anita's son, Luc, who is recovering from surgery.
I embossed a kraft panel with the exposed brick folder, then rubbed the frayed burlap inkpad over the raised areas. I stamped the giraffe and foliage on a cream die cut panel that I distressed it to give it a rustic look. I die cut the horizontal panel and also distressed it with ink and stamps. The sentiment was stamped, distressed and die cut.
Thank you, Jacqueline and Anita, for the opportunity to send prayers and encouragement to Luc. I pray that he is well on his way to a full recovery.

Awesome card Rita! That ef. looks great with the sponging. Love the added interest with the aglow die and your inking and stamping on it. Love your design and the encouraging sentiment. The kraft works perfectly for your theme!!

Oh, this is too fun with that sentiment and Giraffe image. What a fabulous card to send to Luc. I'm sure he will be smiling as wide as I am right now. I LOVE that ef! You are going to cause me to go shopping AGAIN...LOL. But, when you make fabulous cards like this what else should I expect. Love this!

This really made me smile. With the position of the sentiment it's as if it was forcing the giraffe to look up and stay positive, and the warm colours are so X cheering.
