I knew I wanted to use the pop-up book card tutorial (Pop-Up Book Card Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers ) but then struggled with what to add to it. I settled for two images with encouraging messages, and added a couple of leaves that were on my desk. For the front I cut some mountains, pleated a road and stitched it on, and added the motorbike die-cut. As a last-minute addition, knowing that Luc has visited the west of Ireland, I added a sheep beside the road. Irish sheep in the country are not known for their road sense. One has to drive carefully and be prepared to stop on the more rural roads.

This is perfect!! we were talking about our trip to Ireland and he mentionned the sheep, we stopped and we tried to get a picture from Régis running after them, the most positive effect after this attack, Luc eats everything now (you remember he didn't before) I've been waiting for this during 32 years!!

I love this card which indicates a future ride on his motorbike through the mountains. Our only big animal road hazard here are deer. But we have lots of small hazzards, squirrels, possums, and armadillos.
I like this fold, I will have to try it.

Oh my goodness, this is so special, Sabrina. You've covered so many of Luc's favorites and your fun fold book card is perfect. My favorite part is the sheep : )

Haha love that oblivious sheep (being kind) standing on the side of that fancy stitched road, and so cool that Luc will get the drift of it from his visits to Ireland. Nice work on the pop ups inside as well.

How fitting to do a fun fold card for Anita's son. I'm sure he will appreciate that. I loved riding through the Irish countryside with you on this neat card and the inside "notes" are wonderfully encouraging. I also loved reading Anita's comment that he was recently talking about Ireland and Irish sheep -- you nailed it for him. Fabulous card.
