I love when patterned paper makes the card for you. Four panels of different prints create a great focal for this card. The sentiment was stamped on white cardstock and punched using the Double Oval Punch. A second oval was punched using the scalloped part of the punch and used for the mat. Add some ribbon and bling and you're all set.
