I spent some time poking around inside this 1st dibs shop and I started laughing when I seen the price tag on these chicken wire baskets ( I have quite a few in my craft room) (not old but, hey its just time right?) and so, I started poking around in my Basket stamps and dug out this one. Watercolored the eggs as a mix of brown and greens. We actually have both types of hens that lay those colors but, in reality the eggs are either one or the other not a mixed pattern. I thought it lent it self to the humor. plus, I just like doing it. The painted panel is up on foam pop dots and the edges of that have some DOX inks. Thanks for this challenge Julie & tfl.

Lovely water coloring on your eggs .... the deckled edge die is so complimentary to your sweet basket of eggs!
