This is one of those cards that did not quite turn out as I had envisioned. Something about the proportions bugs me, but it is a cool design. Might give it another go and make adjustments.
One frustrating thing is that I know I have a simple curved border die somewhere but could not find it, so I settled for the more angled border to cut the big piece of background paper. I attached that to a kraft card and cut two strips from coordinating DSP. I ended up making a banner edge because I canât freehand either type of banner but I can use a corner of my hexagon punch to make a fishtail one. I added the banners and then three sunflower stickers. It looked a bit unbalanced so I stamped the sentiment in Starry Sky ink on a scrap of tan cardstock and glued that on. I liked that better.
USEIT2023: love the Butterfly Kisses paper and determined not to hoard it so was happy to use it here. For some reason I never think I have enough sunflowers and am always grabbing more when I see them at DT so itâs good to use them. Love the combination of dark blue with sunflower colors.

I'm sorry this isn't quite to your liking but I can assure you that I absolutely love it. I love the more angular lines... and those colors/papers/flowers. Well done!
