Well, if I'm honest, I started making this card Saturday; but when I went through this week's FS Gallery (Jennifer aka gwany1999), this fun layout reminded me of my card. aloha lily by gwany1999 at Splitcoaststampers Since you have all been so gracious about letting me bend the rules in the past, I thought I could sneak this card into this challenge. Or, maybe I'm psychic and I was making this for this challenge?
I have the same colors as Jennifer and I, too, have a floral design. We both have a sweet girl playing -- mine obviously a stamp while her's is a beautiful daughter.
For my card, I stenciled and then stamped a panel with the hibiscus and cut it into three strips. The frames and base are direct ink-to-paper to keep the colors consistent. The hula girl and pup are stamped and colored with COPICS. As I wanted both of them to be "wiggling", I stamped and die cut a couple more flowers as a base for the wobble and now they are moving in unison.
Congrats Jennifer on being this week's Featured Stamper. You have a fabulous Gallery of layout and memories. So, I might be psychic, maybe...well, I predict there will be a lot of fabulous cards made this week from the fabulousness of Jennifer's pages. TFL.

Gorgeous! Your stenciled/stamped BG is stunning. The colors, the design, and the adorable dancing girl/dog are not only cute but beautifully done. Your coloring/shading is perfect. You're so clever...

You made that bg flower paper? OH my, that is gorgeous! Super adorable girl and dog and how fabulous that they move too. This is special. No rule breaking with this creation! People can inspire you until the very end (and then sometimes after - lol). Hugz
