The other day when I was hunting through my box (ha boxes) of wood mounted stamps in search of a wave stamp I came across this very old favourite. Mind you this stamp was bought in the days before Misti was invented. I sat and looked at it for ages before getting up the courage to tray and stamp the intricate image. After a couple of tries and newly reinked stamp pad Success! How we suffered before the days of Misti and how much paper we wasted trying to get that perfect image.
There was a fair bit of colouring in this one - but it as lovely to watch it transform into a beautiful collage.
Coloured the image with Derwent Inktense Pencils.
Hope you enjoy.

This sort of reminds me of all the gorgeous intricate Holly Berry House stamps (which I own so so so many...)
Absolutely gorgeous card. Love the stamp.
