Using what's at hand. A white top of an old wedding response card is the background. Saved my invite books when my Bridal shop closed. The heart-embossed center was cut from a wedding invite. The 2 wee hearts are actually silver. Stamped my headline and added a silver tie. Keeping it simple. The inside is stamped on more of the embossed invitation. To remove some wording I punched out a heart and added glitter below. Trying to use my stash and get back to card making and visiting my friends, checking on their latest crafts.

Really a very special wedding card that will be treasured since it contains mementos of their own invitation, Betty. Obviously, much thought went into your beautiful creation!

How wonderful to recycle these items and make such a beautiful card. I love the "story" sentiment and the embossing. It is all very special. I think of you often, Betty, and hope you are doing better.
