For the F4A695 Challenge - Get Outside and Play, I utilized a parachutist die cut. Although I've never personally jumped out of a plane for leisure, I'm sure somebody does, and I was determined to incorporate this design element into my card.
To create a 3D effect, I layered the die cut on top of itself with a white layer beneath it and used foam to prop up the top layer. Despite the stunning black glitter cardstock used as the background, the parachutist lacked dimension when glued directly onto it. To solve this, I added circles to enhance the visual appeal. For now, I have chosen to remain sentiment neutral until an appropriate occasion arises.
Thank you for taking the time to view. I hope you enjoy it.

This is really great! I like the parachute guy cut from striped paper and how you layered the white piece behind! Adding the planet-like circles was a good idea!

Our goddaughter, who is 4'10" is a skydiver. Man! Not for me - I'm afraid of heights!!! Your parachutist is fab. Love it with the white layer. Gives it real depth!

Another wonderful creative take on this challenge, Brian, love the parachute guy and the 2 large circles! Not something I have personally done but have close friends who met in a club, jumping out of planes~
