It's Teapotter Tickle time! And sue28 is our hostess this month. She wants to know what our favorite time of day is. My favorite time of day is when I'm done with work and I get some time to play with my kids. This time of year, since it gets dark so late, there is a time after dinner before the sunsets when it is so pretty in my yard. We go outside and hit golf balls. My scene building started with a bright yellow sky, because the sun is very low in the sky, but still nice and bright. I threw in some mountains even though there are no mountains in my yard. But there was a mountains WT challenge last week. This is also the time of year when everything in my yard is so green, so I found a nice bright green scrap of paper and kind of brushed some green ink across it to give it some character. At the bottom I added flowers because I have some pretty flowers blooming and because I saw this photo from the Inspiration Challenge. I could have left it at just the scene, but while I was making this I also needed to make a card to send to Desmond. He is going next week to "Nature's Classroom"--a sleepover class trip where they hike and craft and learn about nature and all that. He'll be gone for three nights and we've been encouraged to send mail ahead for them. So this is Desmond and Raleigh golfing. One is right-handed and one is left-handed, so we have quite a few photos and videos of them facing each other and hitting golf balls. So Desmond and a Teapotter will get matching cards next week :0)

This is adorable just like your boys! I hope they haven't broken any neighbor's windows with their golf balls...LOL. I'm sure Desmond will have fun at his Nature getaway...Good idea to send mail ahead.

Jen, I thought this looked like your active boys, what a fun thing to do after dinner! The sky looks beautiful with the vivid green lawn and I love the mountains and pretty flowers in the front. I hope Desmond has fun at his camp~

Jenn, this is so cute. I noticed right away you had a lefty and a righty. (oddly enough, my son is right-handed in everything but golf and baseball -- he hits both left-handed.) Love this happy, cheerful scene; as a parent it doesn't get better than evenings like that. Hope Desmond enjoys camp because it sounds awesome.
