I had to think about this. My favourite time has definitely varied over the years and can change with the seasons. At the moment it's probably bedtime! I had one job in a very large old mansion, and every night I enjoyed the journey back from making sure that my boss was safely in bed to my side of the house, along corridors and down stairs, turning the lights off as I went. On holidays I like the early mornings when everything is fresh and it's still quiet: on one Greek holiday, that was the only time I was able to get good photos of a very scenic ruined bridge on the beach. Every other time of day there were always people posing for photos. And I was able to stop at the bakery and pick up breakfast on the way back to the apartment.
It's changed a bit with COVID because DH is still working at home 3 days a week, but over the last number of years I think I would say a favourite time of the day is coffee together when he gets home from work, before it's time to start cooking the dinner. It's a little pause in the day, and time to catch up with each other. He usually has a cookie, it's to close to dinner for me to have anything other than coffee!
I stamped my coffee background with Versamark and embossed with white powder. Added it to a kraft base. Stamped the coffe cup, cut a strip of blue scrap and layered them behind the kraft frame (the Crafter's Companion kraft had a darker and lighter side, which can be useful). Added Glossy Accents all over the cup. Finished it off with the stamped and punched sentiment and a little wooden bird embellishment.

Sabrina, I love the glossy coffee cup and the framing really looks terrific, extra cookies for you! Love the little bird and embossed bg on the kraft card. How nice that your favourite time of the day is enjoying a cup of coffee with hubby- John and I get together for a glass of red wine @ 5.00pm each evening.

What a sweet card! That green bird adds an extra touch of whimsey to your coffee cup. I love the kraft embossed frame...it's perfect! I like hearing about your little pause with your DH before starting dinner...we get so rushed trying to get things done. We need to take time to sit and enjoy each other's company.

I've never been an afternoon coffee drinker but all my European friends definitely are! The hearts on the cup are a wonderful way to celebrate your cuppa with hubby after a long day of work. I was surprised to read that the bird is wooden - the camera had me thinking it was a felt creation . . . .

What a beautiful frame! I like when card stock is not the same color on both sides as well. I think it makes things more interesting. I like the way you made your cup look shiny.
