A simple card to commemorate the wonderful scents of spring, from the rain to the flowers to fresh mown grass. I love all the flower stamps and I've used a few of them here.
This is also for ABC18W23-wiffle ball. Wiffle ball was developed in 1953 as a team sport. Wiffle was derived from the slang word 'whiff' meaning to strike out. But 'whiff' can also mean a faint scent or smell so that is where I took this. There were a few quotes out there about 'whiff' but nothing worked for me. I thought this quote of Helen Keller's was lovely. What are some scents or smells that bring back good memories? Pie baking and my Mom's flowers do that for me. Oh and the scent of sheets off the line. Thanks for the challenges!

This is so pretty, Jean. I love your take on the W challenge. The cancelling marks on the postage stamps add movement and, for me, make me think of the scents being carried on the wind. Wonderful scents for me include fresh baked bread from my mom baking it and, when we were lucky, cinnamon rolls too! And I also love the smell of lilacs and miss our lilac bush from when I was growing up.
