Hello, friends! I'm back from a fun trip to NYC with my family. My Raleigh was asking to go to the Statue of Liberty, and I certainly couldn't say no to that request. We had a nice time, but I'm happy to be back in my craft room. Kind of happy for the rainy day that meant baseball was cancelled and I could craft.
Today's Featured Stamper is InkyPinkys. I'm out of sympathy cards, and I need some. So I went looking through Lynn's lovely gallery and found [Papillon Sympathy by InkyPinkys at Splitcoaststampersthis[/url] pretty card. I had these pretty flowers that a friend had stamped for me, so I substituted the flowers instead of butterfly. I loved the partial embossing, so I stuck with that and used a very similar sentiment. Thank you for the inspiration, Lynn! I really needed it!

Lovely flowers and background, Jenn, this is really pretty Sympathy card. Super cool to go to see the statue - it is a wonderful site. Adding to the memories. Such a great Mom you are! Hugz

Jennifer, this is a lovely sympathy card and case of Lynn's. The green leaves add so much to this black and white card. Your shading on the flowers looks perfect.

Beautiful card for a sad occasion. Love the partial embossing too and your quilted ef is just the right note for this card. Those flowers are beautiful and keeping this white really looks great. Love your shading on the petals. And, I love the fonts on your sentiment. Fabulous card.
