The speed limit is unofficially adjusted today in honor of Dennis's 80th birthday!
I started with some topography DSP - did a torn edge and then sponged with Frayed Burlap. Added my sentiment in ruby and embossed.
The car was watercolored - all the chrome was done with silver Twinkling H2O's. I cut out the windshield and slid in a piece of acetate for the glass. So in real life you get "glare" off the windshield as the card is moved. The car was glued directly to the base at the wheels to ground it but has mounting tape under the rest to give it a bit of dimension. I poked a piece of Silver jewelry wire into the tape for the antenna

Awesome! Love how you added the 80 to the speed limit sign, So so creative. That car is fabulous and so is your watercoloring and fussy cutting. Sweet touch adding the antenna, Don't see those on the new cars. Fabulous card.

This is great. Fitting too...my dad actually had his own business - auto parts distributor / transmission shops so he'll love this card. I especially like how you fit the windshield with a piece of acetate. Clever! Thanks for adding a special touch to my dad's birthday celebration.

The recipient will have such fun admiring all the details you added to your Mustang (that model Mustang was my first car)! What a clever way to add the number 80 to Dennis' card!!
