I used white c.s. to dry emboss the background and kraft to die cut the birdhouse and white for the snow on the house. I used D.I. to color the pine cones and pine needles, chalk to color the sky and an eraser to remove some chalk from the snow. After the background was colored I added the die cut house (the die also embosses when it cuts) on top of the panel and added a colored entrance with a black Copic. I created a pole for the house to sit on out of scrap of embossed kraft c.s. Then I added the snow on the house using white c.s. and added some Stickles to make it sparkle. Lastly, I die cut and stamped the bird and placed him on the house. This is my first Christmas card for 2023!
I thank you so much for taking a look at my Christmas card!

So adorable, Cindy. Love the little brown wren getting ready to goi into his warm winter house. The pines and pine cones are wonderful additions to the scene.
