I've had this Woodgrain Die for a long time but this is the first time I got it out to use it! This finished woodgrain strip is 4 layers and really gives a dimensional woodgrain look.
I rubbed Lost Shadow Distress Ink on my craft mat, spritzed with water and then rubbed a panel of water color paper over it. Then I die cut all 4 pieces out of that so it was easier then cutting 4 different colors of gray.
I did the same thing with the shamrocks - rubbing Lucky Clover Distress Ink on the mat, spritzing with water, rubbing a water color paper panel over it, then die cutting the shamrocks.
The background DP is Ink Drops Earth from Craft Consortium and looks just like Alcohol Inks!
This could be used for St. Pat's or a congrats card, of for someone who won the lottery??!
Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone - we're all Irish today!

4 layers? Looks fab. If we ever win the lottery it will be amazing. We have never bought a ticket!! Love your card (but the bunny is the best!).
