Here is a template and instructions for the Cinnamonbaby wallets posted recently.
For the outside of the wallet (sheet 1) you want to use card stock. Then use two smaller pieces of patterned paper (sheets 2 and 3).
1. Cut out sheet 1 from card stock and fold down the middle (see dotted line). *This can be any dimension so I'm not giving measurements.
2. Cut out sheets 2 and 3 from coordinating paper and fold down the middle (see dotted line). Place top edges together and use a circle punch to make the half circle punch out.
3. Line up all three sheets at the bottom and hold firmly, round off all four corners (I used a corner punch).
Bind all three pieces together on the center fold (I used a sewing machine but there are many ways to bind them together). I then stiched around the outer edge forming a wallet with four pockets.

Thank you for sharing this template. I'm going to try to make this for my DH, so he has a picture holder of his wallet size pictures of our kids for his desk.
