I changed the theme to an autumnal style, using an SU stamp set I'd never inked up...one of those 'gotta have' sets. About time, I say. I used this past week's colors: bumblebee, blackberry bliss and mossy meadow. I kept her basic layout but used less layers and didn't do the sentiment all the way across. No dsp, just some stamping on the crumb cake. Added some new to me Nuvo Drops, thought they matched the bumblebee pretty well. The sentiment is an old wood mounted SU and it wasn't until I had adhered it that I realized that Victor Hugo was French and wrote The Hunchback of Notre-Dame.and Les Miserable. He was also a French senator. A total French project! I was happy to have another crack at the colors and I hope to see more of your lovely work, Marlease. Thanks for the challenges!

Fab collage card, Jean. The mix of images really stands out as does that sentiment on the vellum. Lovely and inspiring. Hugz

Well, your "must have" set looks fab so I think you should be pulling it more often now that you've had a go at it. I love love love your design with the splotches of color on the base and then carried over onto the main panel. Gorgeous. The whole card is gorgeous (perfect colors for this) and then you found that wonderful quote. Excellent!
