I had used some alcohol inks on Yupo and then didn't know what I wanted to use it to make. I cut out a small Christmas tree from it and then nothing.I kept seeing it and wanting a reason to use it. I love the colors and think that is the ones I used listed above. Been a while and must have forgotten to write them down.
I saw the challenge and went on looking at the internet and found a youtube video called This Embossing Technique Will Have You Hooked by Tiffany Solorio. So, I then realized what I would create with my piece of alcohol ink Yupo.
I embossed the piece and wished I had turned it over so the flowers, butterfly, etc. would have popped but too late. Just the same I love it done with the 3D embossing folder. Next, I used my pumice stone to go over it to remove some of the ink. How fun and easy. I taped it to my base and added a sentiment. All done.
It is over 80 degrees here today and yesterday with sunshine so it is a fine day.

Gorgeous colors, love the embossing. Fine save! It is snowing here, with ice later. Wish I were where you are (we could play!).

Great use from your alcohol ink background, I do this often when I want to use a hand made background, embossing it gives it extra texture and this card is so beautiful, the white sentiment pops!!

Oh, how striking with those lovely colors, and then you have texture too. I need to check out that video. This is one spectacular card, Brenda. Sure, glad it's 80 degrees in your part of the world. We had a major snowstorm go through last night. Enjoy the warmth.
