Sitting on my desk is a scrap pile, where I try to use what I have saved. This woven piece has been there for, oh, maybe a year. The frame is one I used to sponge a mask some time ago, and I just couldn't throw out the stamp of the dog.
Thanks for making me take a look at what was going in the trash.
IF I send this, it will be to one of the grands who has a dog, and will say,
"If warned of a tornado, put wieners in your pockets. The search dogs will find you first."

Why would you not send this? I like it, and I'm sure one of the grands would. The sentiment is great. I often like what's left after sponging, you can get unplanned great results when you're not trying to achieve anything.

How create and fun scraps can be and glad to hear others keep scraps on their work space like I do. They always seem to be worked into some creation somewhere along the line. This made an awesome design for the layout for your card and of course, that sentiment is another entry for my Anne's bits of wisdom that I have a collection of!!

Perfect colored strips for that dog stamp. So glad you saved them all. The inside saying totally brings this card to another level. I don't know how you think of all these fab insides! Hugz

I am glad you saved this. I think it is so cool and a wonderful weave. The dog was a good save, also. I think the colors really look masculine and would be great for a guy. The next warning of tornadoes we have, I will have to remember that sentiment.

What a fabulous stamp, I totally would have saved that too and the weaving is fantastic with it. I love the sponged framing. This really is a great save!
